Liberty approached Entelect to build their MyLiberty platform. MyLiberty is the client facing website for Liberty. The purpose for MyLiberty is two-fold:

1. Help clients take control of their financial independence by giving them a real-time view of the performance of their policies.

2. Gives clients the ability to make basic service changes without having to go through a call-centre or financial advisor.

This makes clients less reliant on financial advisors and call centre agents.

The second component is the call centre dashboard for MyLiberty that allows agents to view user account status and log into MyLiberty on behalf of a client to assist with registration issues.
